Territorio Sibarita is a wine shop in Arrecife, not a winery: there are no vineyards or barrel rooms to tour here, just a carefully chosen shelf. The buying leans on small producers and on quality over volume, and the range jumps from Canary Islands bottles to Rioja — Maturana Tinta, Monastel — and to Bouza's Tannat from Uruguay. Whites, rosés, sparkling and reds share space, and the list shifts, so it pays to ask what has just landed. The other half of the shop is a deli: oils and vinegars, preserves, cheeses, Iberian charcuterie, craft beer, jams, salts, cigars and chocolate. It is somewhere to build a whole meal rather than pick up a single souvenir bottle. They run tastings, courses and food-and-wine pairings, so check the calendar before turning up. Practical note: after eleven years in Arrecife they are looking for a better location; the Otilia Díaz premises are being refurbished and they are currently receiving customers at Calle Fajardo 4. A short but worthwhile stop for wine travellers — conversation, a glass and good produce.
