El Vino de Fran is a wine shop in Arrecife built around a curated selection that does not come from supermarket shelves. It has spent more than a decade working with different wineries and now mixes gourmet bottles with more affordable options, so visitors can choose according to their budget and curiosity. It is not a winery; its role is to select, explain and connect producers with drinkers. Fran leads informal tastings for beginners, where the point is to try several wines at an easy pace and learn without ceremony. It also organises guided tastings with winemakers who travel from mainland Spain to talk about their methods and the story behind each bottle; guests have included people from Bai Gorri and Bodegas Comenge. In the past there have also been events with live music, a bar and snacks.
