Entre Latidos G63 is a family winery in Tinajo, near the Tamia volcano, built around one idea: red wines made to age. They work only with red grapes and release wines meant for the cellar, aged in French oak. The vines sit on volcanic ground — the ash and lapilli soils that shape the island's wines — and the estate is run in a traditional way. There is no visitor room, no fixed tour, no announced tastings and no shop: it is a small project handled through direct contact. For wine travellers, this stop makes sense if you care about small-batch reds for ageing and want to speak with the family behind them; the way in is a message on Instagram (@entrelatidos_g63) to ask whether a visit is possible. If you are after a full winery tour with tasting room and shop, look elsewhere.
