Wine Tours Lanzarote is a tour operator based in Tías that has been running wine experiences across the island since 2017. It owns no vineyards of its own — its job is to open the doors of those who do and explain what happens inside. The programme includes daily tours of La Geria, where vines grow in hollows dug into volcanic ash, a weekly wine-and-craft-beer route, an in-depth visit to Bodega Vulcano de Lanzarote in Masdache, trips to the north of the island, vineyard walks from Famara and a tapas-and-history stroll through Arrecife. Groups are small, and cruise passengers docking in the capital are regulars. Beyond the tours, the team runs an online shop selling island wines, arranges private tastings in visitors' homes and custom events, and works with newer producers such as Las Cadenas in La Vegueta and the Nao brewery. Staff know the growers personally, follow the harvest and publish monthly notes on the vineyard year, so a day out feels closer to a conversation with someone in the trade than to a standard sightseeing circuit.
